Orientation notes:
Orientation will be held online via zoom call
All staff training dates: May 20th-22nd
Team specific orientation dates: May 27th-28th
*ALL trainings are required and are paid work days!!! Please be watching your email for more information about Eagle Lake’s FIRST EVER online orientation!
Updated Arrival Dates/Times:
Excursions (Counselor’s and PC’s): June 1st between 9 AM and 11 AM
PC’s, Crew, Kitchen Staff, Medical Staff, Media Staff, Store Staff: June 5th between 9 AM and 11 AM
Rez/Day Camp Counselors, Maintenance, Safety and Security Staff: June 8th between 9 AM and 11 AM

Note: We strongly encourage you to drive (if at all possible) as it allows you to be more flexible with travel.
Your pay period will begin the day you arrive to camp, but a bonus will be applied for orientation trainings.
OVERNIGHT STAFF (Rez, Excursions, Crew, Med Staff, Media Staff, Store Staff, Facilities):
Please arrive at our Overnight Property, NOT Glen Eyrie.
Please note that it is about an hour outside of Colorado Springs and there is LITTLE TO NO CELL SERVICE. So please plan accordingly.
DAY CAMP STAFF (On Location, Glen Eyrie, Flying Horse):
Please arrive at Glen Eyrie Conference Center.
