When you tell a friend about camp or connect us with a college student you’d love to have investing in your camper, you’re helping us bring more families into the adventure and raise up the counselors who make camp so special. As a thank-you, we’d love to give your family a discount, because your referrals truly make a difference.

Refer a Camper
To receive your discount, simply fill out the form by clicking the link above. Only one party needs to complete it! Starting January 1, please allow our team two weeks to get back to you. Once approved, your discount will be applied directly to your camp registration fees: $100 off for each camper at Overnight Camp, $50 off at Stationary Day Camps, and $20 off at Day Camp in Your Community.
- The referred camper must be attending Eagle Lake for the first time.
- No one else in their immediate family may have attended an Eagle Lake program before.
- Discount is void if the referred camper cancels.
- Discount applies only to the upcoming summer’s registration fee (not redeemable for cash or credit).
- Discount cannot be used for siblings of the referring camper.
- Each new family may only be referred by one camper family.
- Discounts are stackable! Refer multiple new families for credits up to the full cost of this year’s registration.
- Overnight Camps: Discount applies only to Base Camp, Ascent, and Highlands programs.
- Day Camp: Discount not valid for Crew.
Refer a Counselor
By referring a first-time staff member, you’ll not only help shape an incredible summer for campers but also earn rewards – $100 off camp for one counselor referral or a free week of camp for two referrals! Simply check with the student first, then submit their information using the form linked above, and our recruiting team will reach out to them directly.
- Referred counselor must be brand-new to Eagle Lake (not a former camper or past staff member).
- Discounts will be applied by the first day of camp.
- Please pay in full first; refunds will follow once discounts are confirmed.
- Only one referrer can receive credit for each counselor (if multiple people submit the same referral, Eagle Lake reserves the right to decide).
- Referral form must be submitted before Staff Orientation (mid-May).
- Discounts may be gifted to another camper if your family does not have a camper attending.
- Not applicable if the referred counselor has previously been a camper or staff member at Eagle Lake.
- Referral only applies to hired counselors who successfully complete Orientation.
