Christ is our Center and Source of Life
Everything we do begins and ends with Him. We believe the greatest adventure is walking with Jesus and pointing others toward Him.
Joy is Our Posture
We know enthusiasm is contagious! Kids feel the atmosphere we create. Whether we’re cheering each other on, tackling a challenge, or cleaning up after a meal, we choose joy over complaining and have fun along the way, because it’s so much more fun to have fun!
Leadership is Our Mindset
Every person, no matter their title or age, has influence.
We believe leadership means serving others, taking initiative, and inviting people to grow. Whether it’s a counselor encouraging a camper to take a brave step or a camper offering a high-five to a new friend, leadership happens in everyday moments of encouragement and love.
Stewardship is Our Responsibility
We care deeply for what God has entrusted to us: this place, these people, and this mission. From picking up trash to caring for one another, we strive for excellence and faithfulness, leaving everything better than we found it.

Everything we do is for kids to know Christ and make Him known.
We long to see generations of campers, counselors, and leaders ignited with a passion to follow Jesus and fuel a movement of the Gospel wherever they go. As part of The Navigators family, we carry forward a legacy of life-to-life discipleship, walking alongside others just as someone once walked with us.
Because when one life changes, another soon follows, and that’s how a movement begins.
The Navigators
Eagle Lake Camps is a ministry of The Navigators whose calling is “to advance the Gospel of Jesus and His Kingdom into the nations through spiritual generations of laborers living and discipling among the lost.”
Eagle Lake Camps is a place where kids are safe to laugh, play, and learn to love like Jesus.
In a world filled with noise, pressure, and chaos, we offer a sanctuary where kids trade screens for mountain scenes, gulp fresh alpine air, and rediscover the simple joy of childhood. Here, laughter echoes through pine forests, friendships form around campfires, and faith takes root in the beauty of God’s creation.
Across our overnight property, day camps, and partner church locations, our mission remains the same: to create spaces where every camper feels safe, seen, and deeply loved by Jesus. Through Bible study, outdoor adventure, and intentional relationships with compassionate counselors, campers grow in courage, confidence, and faith.
