Food at Camp
Bring a packed lunch in an insulated container; snacks are encouraged!
After the last day of camp, my boys and I talked about why EL camp is so awesome and special. We agreed it is not the program or anything that fancy. It is the people. The counselors and people who are at the camp who are studying the Word every day and it is living and active in them and so it outpours as they do camp. The people make it special who are living examples of what it means to be a young person following after God.

Exclusively for members of the Garden of the Gods club, Day Camp at Glen Eyrie + Garden of the Gods Club offers an unforgettable summer experience for campers aged 6-12 with all the fun of camp, field trips, inflatables, worship, and Bible study, while your camper sleeps in their own bed at night. Surrounded by the stunning Red Rocks of Glen Eyrie, it’s the perfect blend of adventure, fun, and convenience with swimming, drop off, and pick up at the Garden of the Gods Club!

Drop Off/Pick Up at Garden of the Gods Club
Remote drop off and pick up for GOG Club members at the Garden of the Gods Club Rec Center (1015 Hill Circle Colorado Springs, CO 80904). Eagle Lake provides a shuttle to and from Glen Eyrie, exclusive for GOG Club members!
Field Trip + Parent Ceremony
Every Friday your camper will get to experience our Overnight Property in the Pike National Forest. We will be leaving Glen Eyrie at 9:00 am and will return around 3:30 pm for our Parent Ceremony. At our Overnight Property, your camper will get to experience activities such as our Beachfront activities, dodgeball, and more! All activities are weather permitting and may be subject to change the week of. For Friday pick-up: club parents can either attend the parent ceremony at Glen Eyrie 3:30-4:00 pm or Eagle Lake can shuttle their camper back to GOG club for normal pick up from 4:15-4:30.
Please Note: The Field Trip does not occur Week 5 (June 29th – July 3rd).
Swimming at GoG Club Pool
Campers will enjoy time swimming on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at the GOG Club kids pool with certified lifeguards from Eagle Lake Camps Staff!
Themed Weeks
- Time Travel: Pick any era you want! Come dressed as a cowboy, a prince or princess, a dinosaur, or anything from history (or anything futuristic!)
- Sports Week: Rep your favorite athlete or team. Think sports jerseys, athletic gear, sweatbands, and basketball shorts
- Carnival: Step right up! Dress as a clown, juggler, ringmaster, or your favorite circus animal.
- Holiday Week: Choose your favorite holiday to celebrate. Rock a Christmas sweater, Fourth of July gear, a Halloween costume, or even dress up as a Thanksgiving turkey
