As a teen, you’ll grow in your faith through discipleship and Bible study, all while leading with enthusiasm, helping younger campers have the best week of their summer, and serving at your church. It’s a great way to gain service hours and real-world job experience, all while making a lasting impact!

Why Crew?
Discipleship:
The week is packed with intentional spiritual development. You will participate in inductive style Bible studies lead by Crew counselors, TAWG (time alone with God), and individual time for deeper spiritual discussion.
Service:
Being part of Crew is all about serving while making a real impact. You’ll get to jump in behind the scenes in setting up activities, tidying up after campers, or lending a hand wherever needed.
Leader Development:
As the oldest at camp, you have the unique opportunity to lead others. Jump into workshops lead by Crew counselors, invest in campers by leading games and activities, and teach young campers in Bible Study alongside Eagle Lake Staff.
