Developing the next generation of leaders
As a ministry of The Navigators, our heart is to invest in and build up leaders who will in turn invest in those around them so that the Kingdom continues to grow. Through discipleship, Bible studies, and our Emerging Leaders Program (ELP), we are working to fulfill this calling. Your gift allows us to develop these leaders!
Ensuring the best possible people are in our offices year-round
Due to our commitment to keeping the cost of camp low so that we can welcome as many campers as possible, our full-time and ELP staff raise their own salaries. This can be a challenge, especially as they have other more pressing job responsibilities in the off season. Your gift provides those who’ve fallen below their goals with a boost so that finances never come in the way of us having the perfect people on the job, year-round.
Stewarding what God has given us for generations to come
So very often, when campers tell us their favorite part of camp, they shout, “The BLOB!” or “The Gaga Ball Pit!” or one of our other many fun toys. We work hard to maintain the equipment and mountain property that has been entrusted to our care in order to ensure the highest levels of safety for our campers, as well as to protect it for years to come.
