What are check in and check out times?

CHECK IN:

Overnight: Check-in occurs on Sunday afternoon. To avoid crowds, we space out check-in as much as possible. Please see the following times we need you to arrive to check-in your camper. 

A-C: 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM
D-H: 1:00 PM – 1:30 PM
I-M: 1:30 PM – 2:00 PM
N-S: 2:00 PM – 2:30 PM
T-Z: 2:30 PM – 3:00 PM

Day Camp at Glen Eyrie:

8:30 AM – 9:00 AM each morning (before care is available beginning at 7:30 a.m. and after care is available ending at 5:30 p.m. each day for an additional $75)

Day Camp On Location:

8:30 AM – 9:15 AM each morning

CHECK OUT:

Overnight: Friday morning check out is by last name. Please come at your scheduled time to help us practice social distancing.

A – D: 8:30 AM – 9:00 AM

E – K: 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM

L – Q: 9:30 AM – 10:00 AM

R – Z: 10:00 AM – 10:30 AM

Day Camp at Glen Eyrie: Pick up is 4:00pm – 4:30pm each day.

Day Camp On Location: Pick up is 4:oopm – 4:30pm each day.
