Day Camp On Location at New Hope Church

You belong here!

We're coming to your neighborhood to bring an exciting day camp experience rooted in inspiring a love for Jesus, His Word, and FUN! Think a gospel-centered theme and costumes, big team games, water inflatables, high-energy activities, tie dye, Bible studies, and more! You won't want to miss this!

Registration (ages 6-13)
All registrations must be submitted online. $25 is due at the time of registration. This amount is a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit that holds your spot. Full payment is due two weeks before your camp week.

Crew Registration (ages 14-17)
Crew is an opportunity for older middle school and high school students to not just take part in a week of camp, but learn to lead alongside the counselors. There are only 10 spots available; New Hope Church is providing full scholarships for all Crew registrations. If you are interested in joining Crew at New Hope Church, contact Jake Sanders at 515-993-5325.

Drop Off
You may drop off your campers between 8:30- 9:00 am each morning. On Monday morning, anticipate spending an extra 5-10 minutes checking in.

Pick Up
You may pick up your campers between 4:00- 4:15 pm each afternoon. If somebody other than you (the parent who registered the child for camp) wishes to pick up your camper, please login to your online registration account and complete Pick up Authorization, within the Additional Questions section.

Don’t forget your photo ID for pick up! To ensure each camper’s safety we will check photo IDs to make sure it matches one of the names on the pick-up authorization form. We will check these every day.

After Care
For those families who cannot make it to pick up by 4:00 pm, Eagle Lake is providing After Care until 5:30 pm Monday -Thursday for the first 20 campers who sign up during registration. Cost is $45 per camper.

Camp Store
The camp store will be open each afternoon for campers to purchase snacks and camp gear! Login to your account to load your camper’s store card online, prior to the first day of camp. Please note: we do not accept cash. At the end of the week, any remaining store credit is refunded back to the credit card used to make store card deposit.

Lunch
Campers are responsible for bringing their own sack lunch. Please pack lunch in an insulated container, as refrigeration will not be available.

You may request a friend for your camper when you register them for camp. Eagle Lake will strive to accommodate these requests but cannot guarantee them due age and gender grouping considerations. These assignments are made one week prior to camp arrival. Please be sure to submit a friend request online from your account under Manage Registrations.

Your genuine love for the Lord and love for the campers is evident. The counselors are well trained and genuinely connected with and cared for my children. As a parent, someone else pouring God's truth into your child is invaluable, so thank you for that! —Donna, CO
