Day Camp On Location at Grace Church of the Roaring Fork Valley
You belong here!
We're coming to your neighborhood to bring an exciting day camp experience rooted in inspiring a love for Jesus, His Word, and FUN! Think a gospel-centered theme and costumes, big team games, water inflatables, high-energy activities, tie dye, Bible studies, and more! You won't want to miss this!
Registration (ages 6-12)
All registrations must be submitted online. $25 is due at the time of registration. This amount is a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit that holds your spot. Full payment is due two weeks before your camp week.
Financial assistance is available. If you wish to apply for a scholarship, please submit your application by filling out the scholarship application here before you register. This avoids your having to make a non-refundable deposit of $25 required to register until a scholarship is in place. If Grace Church is able to meet your request, you will receive an email regarding your scholarship amount with a discount code. You will then register your camper and apply the discount code as the last step of the registration process.
Crew Registration (ages 13-17)
Crew is an opportunity for late middle school and high school students to not just take part in a week of camp, but learn to lead alongside the counselors. There are only 10 spots available at a cost of $20 for the week. This $20 payment also acts as your cancellation fee and cannot be refunded. Ask your church staff for more information, or register online today!
Refer a Friend to Camp!
If you are a returning Day Camp On Location camper and you invite a friend, we’ll take $20 off your 2020 registration. We’ll also take $20 off your friend’s registration! Invite more friends for more discounts! For more information and to fill out the form to apply for this discount, please visit our Referral Discount page to apply!
You may drop off your campers between 8:30- 9:00 am each morning. On Monday morning, anticipate spending an extra 5-10 minutes checking in.
You may pick up your campers between 4:00- 4:15 pm each afternoon. If somebody other than you (the parent who registered the child for camp) wishes to pick up your camper, please login to your online registration account and complete Pick up Authorization, within the Additional Questions section.
Don’t forget your photo ID for pick up! To ensure each camper’s safety we will check photo IDs to make sure it matches one of the names on the pick-up authorization form. We will check these every day.
For those families who cannot make the normal pick up time, Eagle Lake is providing After Care until 5:30 Monday-Thursday for the first 20 campers who sign up during registration. Cost is $45 per camper.
The camp store will be open each afternoon for campers to purchase snacks and camp gear! Login to your account to load your camper’s store card online, prior to the first day of camp. Please note: we do not accept cash. At the end of the week, any remaining store credit is refunded back to the credit card used to make store card deposit.
Campers are responsible for bringing their own sack lunch. Please pack lunch in an insulated container, as refrigeration will not be available.

You may request a friend for your camper when you register them for camp. Eagle Lake will strive to accommodate these requests but cannot guarantee them due age and gender grouping considerations. These assignments are made one week prior to camp arrival. Please be sure to submit a friend request online from your account under Manage Registrations.
My son absolutely loved going to camp everyday. The process was very organized and the staff was so energetic and friendly. —Angela, Rocky, CO
