Charleston United Methodist Church in Charleston is partnering with The United Methodist Missouri Conference in collaboration with Eagle Lake Camps for five full days of contagious fun!
Crew Registration (ages 13-18)
Crew is an opportunity for late middle school and high school students to not just take part in a week of camp, but learn to lead alongside the counselors. There are only 20 spots available for the week. Ask your church staff for more information, or Register online today!
If you need help registering, check out our registration walk through video.
You may drop off your campers between 8:30- 9:00 am each morning. On Monday morning, anticipate spending an extra 5-10 minutes checking in.
You may pick up your campers between 4:00- 4:15 pm each afternoon. If somebody other than you (the parent who registered the child for camp) wishes to pick up your camper, please login to your online registration account and complete the Pick up Authorization section, located on the Camper Forms page.
Don’t forget your photo ID for pick up!
To ensure each camper’s safety we will check photo IDs to make sure it matches one of the names on the pick-up authorization form. We will check these every day.
For those families who cannot make the normal pick up time, Eagle Lake is providing After Care until 5:30 Monday-Thursday for the first 40 campers who sign up during registration. Cost is $45 per camper.
The camp store will be open each afternoon for campers to purchase snacks and camp gear! Login to your account to load your camper’s store card online, prior to the first day of camp. Please note: we do not accept cash. At the end of the week, any remaining store credit is refunded back to the credit card used to make store card deposit.
Susanna Wesley Family Learning Center is providing lunch for all campers. For dietary needs or questions, please contact the Susanna Wesley Family Learning Center at (573) 233-8391.

You may request a friend for your camper when you register them for camp. Eagle Lake will strive to accommodate these requests but cannot guarantee them due age and gender grouping considerations. These assignments are made one week prior to camp arrival. Please be sure to submit a friend request online from your account under Manage Registrations.
We had a fabulous time. It was impressive to see the counselors interact and take the time to do one-on-one visits with each camper. They work so hard, and keep the energy going all week in an amazing way. —Amy, MO
