You belong here!

We're so glad you're interested in joining us this summer! Find the most important details below.

Registration (ages 6-12)
All registrations must be submitted online; all discounts are automatically applied at the last step of registration. $25 is due at the time of registration.  This amount is a non-refundable deposit that holds your spot. Full payment is due one month before your camp start date. Eagle Lake Camps and Aravada Covenant Church are offering a $50 early registration discount if you register before February 28th!

Crew Registration (ages 13-17)
Crew is an opportunity for late middle school and high school students to not just take part in a week of camp, but learn to lead alongside the counselors. There are only 10 spots available at a cost of $20 for the week. This $20 payment also acts as your cancellation fee and cannot be refunded. Click here for more information, or register online today!

Counselors in Training (CiT) (ages 16-17)
Interested in learning what it would be like to be a counselor? Counselors in Training (CiT) are responsible for working alongside Eagle Lake Counselors with campers ages 6-12, engaging them in high-energy games and activities. Counselors in Training (CiT) will lead campers in daily Bible study and look for opportunities to encourage campers in their relationships with the Lord through discipleship opportunities. Click here for more information!

Drop Off
You may drop off your campers between 9:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. each morning (before/after care is available from 8:15-9 a.m. and 4-5:30 p.m. each day for an additional cost – see below for more details). On Monday morning, anticipate spending 5-10 extra minutes checking in and going over your camper forms with our admin staff.

Pick Up
You may pick up your campers between 4:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. each afternoon. If somebody other than you (the parent who registered the child for camp) wishes to pick up your camper, please log in to your online registration account and complete the Pick up Authorization section found under ‘Manage Registrations’.

Don’t forget your photo ID for pick up! To ensure each camper’s safety we will check photo IDs to make sure it matches one of the names on the pick-up authorization form. We will check these every day.

Before Care/After Care
Before/after care is offered from 8:15-9 a.m. and 4-5:30 p.m. for an additional fee. You do not have to sign up for both, but if you wish to, you can register for both at a pro-rated price. There are only 20 spots available. Please note, After Care is only available Monday-Thursday.

Camp Store
The camp store will be open each afternoon for campers to purchase snacks and camp gear! Login to your account to load your camper’s store card online, prior to the first day of camp. Please note: we do not accept cash.

Lunch
Arvada Covenant Church will be providing lunch for all campers. Please contact church for any questions about the meals. If your camper does have a severe allergy, please send them with their own lunch.

You may request a friend for your camper when you register them for camp. Eagle Lake will strive to accommodate these requests but cannot guarantee them due age and gender grouping considerations. These assignments are made one week prior to camp arrival. Please be sure to submit a friend request online from your account under Manage Registrations.

Our daughter couldn't believe the challenges that were thrown at her during the two week camp. She smiles when she tells us stories about all the adventures. Thank you for challenging our daughter! We've noticed a positive change in her personality, mood and outlook on life. —Caroline, CO
