Overnight and Day Camp Programs: Financial aid, in the form of a partial assistance scholarship, is available to those in need. Financial assistance is approved by application only. Visit our Campership page to apply.

To qualify for financial aid, your camper must have an active Eagle Lake registration secured with a $50 deposit (while the deposit is typically non-refundable, in the case that a registration must be cancelled due to insufficient financial assistance, the deposit will be refunded).

Our website is updated regularly with a list of all of the camps available for registration. Camps that are full are indicated with a full comment next to the specific dates. You may register yourself for the waiting list by following our normal registration process.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS Refunds of the full tuition, minus the $50 deposit, may be given if a cancellation request is legitimate and is made in writing more than 10 days prior to the scheduled camp week. Deposits are non-refundable. If a registration is cancelled less than 10 days prior to scheduled camp week, full tuition is forfeited. No refund will be made for dismissals due to disciplinary action, late arrival, or early departure.
