We’re partnering to bring life-on-life ministry through counselor relationships in the midst of an exciting camp experience. Inflatables, rock climbing, gaga ball and other high-energy activities are only the beginning. Our enthusiastic staff meets each child where they’re at and cares for the individual needs of each child. Mark your calendar now for this unforgettable week!

Registration
All registrations must be submitted online. $25 is due at the time of registration. This amount is a non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit that holds your spot. Full payment is due two weeks before your camp week.

Drop Off
You may drop off your campers starting at 8:45am each morning. On Monday morning, anticipate spending 5–10 extra minutes checking in and going over your camper forms with our admin staff.

Pick Up
You may pick up your campers at 4:00pm each afternoon. If somebody other than you (the parent who registered the child for camp) wishes to pick up your camper, please login to your online registration account and complete the Pick up Authorization section, located on the Camper Forms page.

Don’t forget your photo ID for pick up! To ensure each camper’s safety we will check photo IDs to make sure it matches one of the names on the pick-up authorization form. We will check these every day.

Eagle Lake On Location

Our On Location program is specifically designed and geared toward seven to twelve year olds. The high energy activities of camp can be difficult for six-year-olds and younger children to keep up with. Please contact our office if you have any questions about younger children attending our camp.

Eagle Lake On Location: If you are looking for financial aid for one of our Day Camp On Location programs please contact the church or organization hosting the Day Camp you will be attending.

You may request a friend for your camper when you register them for camp. Eagle Lake will strive to accommodate these requests but cannot guarantee them due age and gender grouping considerations. These assignments are made one week prior to camp arrival. Please be sure to submit a friend request online from your account under Manage Registrations.

We have been blessed to have Eagle Lake in our community the past 2 years. Our small community does not have a lot to offer kids. Eagle Lake is a great opportunity for the kids in our community. Many would not have a chance to attend a church camp, or any camp, if we did not have Eagle Lake. —Kristen, MO
